Legal
Plain terms. You buy a template once, you use it in one end product, and you keep the download for good. This page is the full version of what the licence in your receipt says.
A Standard Licence covers one template. The All-Access Pass covers every template in the catalogue, including the ones released after you buy, on the same terms per template. A free template carries the same terms as a Standard Licence and costs nothing.
Both are one-time payments. Nothing renews and nothing expires.
An end product has to be a substantially different work, not the same site with the text changed.
Every purchase issues a licence key. It is in your receipt email and in My templates. It identifies the licence; it is not a password and unlocks nothing on its own.
Access is never revoked except on a full refund. A partial refund leaves your licence intact. If a template is withdrawn from the catalogue, anyone who already owns it keeps their download.
Templates are provided as they are. We do not warrant that a template will suit a particular purpose, and we are not liable for anything you build with it. Where a template is broken as delivered, tell us through the contact form and we will fix it or refund you.
